**IMPORTANT: There is a two night minimum stay at either rental property during summer
weekends and any time during the winter season.
REGULAR RATES - May through October
- $215 for single night
- $320 for two nights
- $385 for three nights
- $80 per each additional night
MID-WEEK SUMMER SPECIAL - Tuesday and Wednesday Nights, May through October:
$280 for two-night stay
WINTER RATES - November through April
- There is a two-night minimum stay during the Winter Rates period
- $375 for two nights
- $435 for three nights
- $110 per each additional night
**CANCELLATION POLICY:
*Because we are a small business, we must enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy. Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to check-in date will be refunded in full for monies received, less a $40.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days of arrival, deposit will only be refunded if we are able to rebook the room, less a $40 service fee. If we can only re-book for a portion of the time period reserved, then we can refund only a prorated amount less the $40 service fee.
*There are no refunds for early departure.
*Applicable taxes apply to all rates. (3% Somerset County Lodging Tax)
*PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:
Blueberry Meadows at Kicky's Ridge accepts credit cards securely through PayPal. A mailed personal check or cashier's check is also accepted. Balances may be paid upon arrival with cash or a personal check.
